Omnex units are popular among construction and government industries, and can be found in the utilities sector, too. Failures from these units are commonly found due to environmental conditions (salt and water in the units, moisture entering units- both leading to corrosion and internal damage), abuse of parts from overuse and overheating. Please include your transmitter and receiver so that we can properly test your unit. Many of these systems require that the transmitter and receiver be paired with each other in order to work properly. When filling out your RMA, please indicate whether it is the transmitter or receiver that you think has the issue so that it can be quoted accurately.
