Hydraulic Valve Amplifier - Stroke Module

Control System Labs created a test bench which stimulates all the inputs of a valve amplifier and models the valve, carriage position, and position transducer input. We can use this setup to cycle the operation of your valve amplifier. We have successfully used this fixture to find and fix amplifier problems that our competition is unable to.

The Bosch Stroke Module is a an amplifier that controls sending a signal to a valve, which then drives the actuator, allowing for precise positioning.

Here are some of the main functions of the Bosch Stroke Module:

• Position control: The device can accurately control the position of the linear actuator, allowing for precise positioning of industrial equipment and machinery.

• Velocity control: The Bosch Stroke Module can also control the velocity of the linear actuator, allowing for smooth and consistent linear or quadratic motion.

• Force control: The device can adjust the force output of the linear actuator, allowing for better control of the load on the industrial equipment.
