Shipping Clerk (Full-Time)
Responsibilities for this position include :
  • Following a documented logging out procedure which includes recording repairs into the computer system
  • Inspecting outgoing items to ensure all items meet our quality standard
  • Packaging customer controls for shipment, including crating, and coordinating paperwork for shipping carriers
  • Cataloging inventory in the warehouse
  • Retrieving and maintaining file folders containing repair documentation for each job
  •  Receiving controls sent to our location for repair and entering them into the computer system (when necessary due to workload or absences)
  • Distributing ordered parts to our in-house repair technicians and warehouse
  •  Occasional facilities/maintenance duties, including assembling facility equipment

 We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Prior shipping & receiving experience
  •  Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
  • Basic handyman skills
  • Solid multi-tasking skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team-based, fast-paced environment with enthusiasm
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Electronic Test Engineer (Full or Part-Time)

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Creation, enhancement and implementation of a systematic approach to the repair of industrial electronic controls
  • Diagnosing, repairing and testing of controls to the component level
  • Design and document test fixtures and prototypes
  • Research and investigate alternative part substitutions using engineering skills and expertise
  • Analyze and interpret test data and recommend necessary repairs or improvement

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

 

  • Experience with industrial electronic controls, including but not limited to:  AC/DC motor controls, power supplies, monitors, timers, counters, process controls, printed circuit cards, and PLC's with related modules
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex analog and/or digital circuits to the component level with or without schematics
  • Ability to create partial schematics from existing circuit cards
  • Ability to evaluate hardware and design suitable test fixtures
  • Understanding of how to test controls after repair
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications

Electronic Repair Technician (Full or Part-Time)

Interested candidates must have the ability to repair a diverse set of industrial electronic controls. These include AC/DC motor controls, power supplies, monitors, timers, counters, process controls, printed circuit cards, and PLC's with related modules, as well as many others.

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Diagnosing, repairing and testing of controls down to the component level
  • Assisting in checking other technician repairs as part of quality control
  • Writing repair reports on the work completed
  • Understanding the repair work done by other technicians

 

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

 

  • Background and understanding of industrial controls and how they work
  • Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuits at the component level without schematics
  • Ability to solder through-hole and surface mount components
  • Understanding of how to test controls properly after repair
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
