Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time)

We have an immediate opening for an individual who can provide outstanding customer service and who has a commitment to contributing directly to the success of our Company. Interested candidates must have an ability to resolve issues in a timely manner with a positive outcome.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Following up with existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Interfacing with technicians and other internal departments for customer support
  • Answering and directing customer calls
  • Updating and maintaining customer database
  • Handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Handling a variety of sales support tasks including processing quotes, invoicing, and credit card payments
  • Generating new leads and contacts through sales calls
  • Providing backup support to other team members

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Flexibility, adaptability and receptive to change
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, especially MSWord and MS Excel
  • Experience with creating content for web pages and marketing material a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical background/knowledge of industrial controls and electronics desirable
  • Desire to continually enhance sales skills and technical knowledge

 

Variable Frequency Drive Electronic Repair Technician (Full or Part-Time)

 

We have an immediate opening for a highly skilled technician specialized in variable frequency drive (VFD) repair. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing, repairing and testing of variable frequency drives  to the component level

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Background and understanding of industrial controls and how they work
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex analog and/or digital circuits to the component level with or without schematics
  • Ability to create partial schematics from existing circuit cards
  • Ability to solder through-hole and surface mount components
  • Understanding of how to test controls properly after repair
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
