Bookkeeper/Customer Service (Full-Time)

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Bookkeeper/Customer Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the daily recording of financial transactions of the company and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing. This position will also require working with closely with customers for payment, account set up, job status and other general Customer Service duties.

The employee will be responsible for both customer facing and internal tasks: 

Customer Facing Tasks

  • Following up with customers to have work approved and to obtain payment
  • Following up with customers on open jobs
  • Updating and maintaining the customer contact database
  • Working with customers applying for credit terms
  • Answering and directing customer calls

Internal Tasks

  • Processing payments from customers
  • Tracking and processing incoming funds via check, ACH and wire transfers
  • Reviewing and verifying charges from suppliers/vendors
  • Preparing payments to be paid
  • Entering transactions into accounting software
  • Providing backup support to other team members

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Prior bookkeeping experience (required)
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Odoo
  • High degree of integrity and accountability
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and receptibility to change
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, especially MSWord and MS Excel
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience


Variable Frequency Drive Electronic Repair Technician (Full or Part-Time)


We have an immediate opening for a highly skilled technician specialized in variable frequency drive (VFD) repair. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing, repairing and testing of variable frequency drives  to the component level

We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Background and understanding of industrial controls and how they work
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex analog and/or digital circuits to the component level with or without schematics
  • Ability to create partial schematics from existing circuit cards
  • Ability to solder through-hole and surface mount components
  • Understanding of how to test controls properly after repair
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
