Keeping Our Commitment of Reliability & Support

The last few months have been wild and like nothing we’ve ever seen in our careers. Like you, we’ve been trying to navigate this new normal with our top priority being to keep our customers operating while also ensuring the safety of our employees. Thanks to the partnerships and friendships we’ve made with so many of you, our company achieved its 50th anniversary this past March. Such an accomplishment could never have been reached without our employees, customers, suppliers, families, and friends standing by our side for the last half a century!

While supporting every industry and customers in every state and on every continent, we have watched technology evolve and then evolve again. The only constant has been change. Maintaining a high level of reliability and support has been our promise to you since we purchased the company in 2015. Here are just a few ways we’ve been working to keep that commitment:

  1. Created many new test fixtures.
  2. Increased our surplus inventory.
  3. Redesigned the entire shop.
  4. Purchased many new test assets, including an X-ray machine.
  5. Implemented a new electronic mechanism for tracking and statusing of customer orders.

We plan to be here for at least another 50 years providing industrial electronic repairs and replacements for our customers. Achieving that means continuing to listen to your needs and investing in our company to be the best we can for you.

You need a supplier who is honest, transparent, reliable, and affordable. We strive to exceed your expectations in every interaction and prove to you we are not like other repair shops. If you have any questions about our capabilities, we’re ready to talk to you and help provide solutions to your problems.

Please accept our gratitude for helping Control System Labs achieve such a monumental milestone. Here’s to 50 more years of keeping industry running!

Stay Safe and Healthy!
