The RIS Model AN3111 in general is possibly Obsolete and not made anymore. We strongly suggest if trying to find a replacement, to have your AN3111 repaired. In doing so, you might have a back up spare faster than finding a replacement. To have the AN3111 repaired with a one (1) year warranty, send to our facility address posted below our company name for shipping. Include a good packing slip inside the shipping box with your Company Information, a contact person, title and E-mail address. No return authorization number is needed. Normal turn around for repair is 10 business days with "Rush Repair" available. A customer signed Quote approval via E-mail or Fax is required before any work is started.
